WHERE I'VE BEEN
In the White House, I led on South Asia policy and helped set up Homeland Security after 9/11. I ran Harvard’s pre-eminent international affairs research centre and launched both the PeaceNexus foundation and Chatham House’s Academy for Leadership. Most recently, I sat on Equinor’s Global Strategy and Business Development management team and led its Geopolitics and Integrity Due Diligence teams.
WHERE I'M GOING
Today, I run my own business, Wickett Advisory, where I gain great satisfaction from using my experience to help leaders broaden their thinking, understanding and perspective. Whether addressing their own leadership, global geopolitics and/or political and ESG dynamics, I help them gain clarity on the challenges they face and the solutions they may choose.
