GEOPOLITICS FACILITATION

I bring deep geopolitical insight into live conversations with your leadership team - not just to inform, but to uncover what it means for your business.

These tailored, interactive sessions help your team surface the risks, opportunities, and strategic choices that matter.

The outcome: clearer priorities, better questions, and a more grounded understanding of the world you’re operating in.

“Xenia was a phenomenal moderator elevating the quality of the discussions, asking thoughtful questions and ensuring an active, inclusive conversation with the audience. However, her contribution extended well beyond that. Her invaluable advice, extensive knowledge, and networks significantly shaped our program. She is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with.”

CASE STUDY 1

CREATING ALIGNMENT ACROSS GLOBAL MARKETS AND EMPOWERING ACTION

A senior executive at a FTSE 100 consumer goods company brought together her top leaders from across the world—from China to Latin America to Europe. Her goal was to create a shared understanding of the global context they were operating in, and to give her team the confidence and capability to take action in their markets, despite rising uncertainty.

I began by offering a broad but focused assessment of the key geopolitical dynamics shaping the world—from shifting power centres to trade disruptions and regional instability. We then worked together to identify which of these trends most affected their business, and how they were playing out in different markets. Through facilitated discussion, the group explored what this meant for their commercial strategies, regional operations, and leadership roles.

By drawing insight from within the group, we created space for leaders to step into ownership—of both the challenges and the solutions. They left with a stronger understanding of the context, clearer priorities, and greater confidence in their ability to act—together and independently—on what mattered most.

CASE STUDY 2

BUILDING CAPACITY TO TALK GEOPOLITICS WITH CLIENTS

A UK-based law firm with international reach wanted to equip its senior leadership to speak confidently with clients about global risks and opportunities. They knew the legal landscape is shaped by global trends—but weren’t yet comfortable helping clients navigate them.

We started by clarifying their goals: not to become geopolitical analysts, but to become more informed, more curious, and more valuable partners. I developed a tailored briefing focused on the geopolitical forces most relevant to their client base and facilitated focused table discussions to dive deep into two priority areas.

The session concluded with a moderated plenary, surfacing insights and linking them directly to client conversations. Participants left with a stronger grasp of global context, the confidence to engage clients thoughtfully, and a clearer sense of how their advice could evolve in response to world events.

CASE STUDY 3

FROM NOISE TO SIGNAL: LEADING THROUGH SHIFTING CONTEXTS

The executive team of a European-headquartered chemicals company approached me with a clear ambition: help their leaders make sense of what’s happening in the world, and identify what actually matters for the business.

We began with a keynote on how to lead when the ground is shifting—from war and deglobalisation to supply chain disruption and regulation. I explored how to distinguish between signal and noise, and what that means in practical terms for commercial strategy, operations, and leadership.

I then hosted a live dialogue with the executive team, bringing their real-time reflections to the surface. The broader leadership group joined in to explore what these dynamics meant for their markets, their clients, and their teams. The result? Not just a better understanding of geopolitics—but greater confidence in how to respond. Leaders left with a clearer sense of their own role in navigating uncertainty—and more tools to act.
